I'm excited to share one of my semester projects, an assignment from my Culture & environmental studies 01 course. This design was inspired by a text we studied, particularly focusing on the quote that resonated with me: "Soon designers were saying such things as, 'I put an affordance there,'... 'No,' I said, 'that is not an affordance.'" Throughout the semester, this quote guided my understanding of affordances and signifiers. The poster reflects this exploration, capturing the essence of affordances and their role in effective design solutions.
